The fully automatic packaging machine features advanced planning, reasonable structure, and reliable functions. The automatic packaging machine uses a double synchronous belt film pulling system, controlled by a cylinder for tensioning, with automatic correction and automatic alarm protection functions, minimizing losses to the extreme. The metering equipment is matched, integrating bag making, filling, sealing, printing, and counting into one. The metering device can be modified according to the material's opening and closing method. Patent invention: a roll of film is automatically cut and translated into two packaging films on this machine, simultaneously packaging two rows of items, effectively doubling the output of one machine, occupying a small footprint, saving labor and electricity. Material conveying width adjustment: one handle can adjust the conveying width of two rows simultaneously. Two adjustable bag makers can be linked to adjust their height and width. A traction guide wheel is located in front of the longitudinal heat sealing wheel, and the traction guide point can be adjusted during operation.
With the advancement of automation, the operation, maintenance, and daily upkeep of packaging machines have become more convenient and simpler, reducing the professional skill requirements for operators. The quality of product packaging is directly related to the temperature system, main machine speed accuracy, and the stability of the tracking system. After the machine starts running, the film mark sensor continuously detects the film marks (color marks), while the mechanical part's tracking micro switch detects the mechanical position. These two signals are sent to the PLC, which processes them through a program. The PLC outputs Y6 (forward tracking) and Y12 (reverse tracking) to control the tracking motor's forward and reverse tracking, promptly detecting errors in the packaging material during production and accurately providing compensation and correction, preventing material waste. 
If detection cannot meet technical requirements after the preset number of tracking attempts, the machine can automatically stop for inspection to prevent defective products; due to the use of variable frequency speed regulation, chain transmission is greatly reduced, improving the machine's operational stability and reliability, and reducing operational noise. This ensures the packaging machine's high efficiency, low loss, automatic detection, and other multifunctional, fully automatic high technical level. Although the transmission system used in the automatic packaging machine is relatively simple in function, it requires high dynamic performance for transmission, demanding fast dynamic response and high steady-speed accuracy.
