Principle: The vacuum packaging machine inserts the suction nozzle into the packaging bag of the item to be packaged, evacuates the air, withdraws the suction nozzle, and then completes the sealing. Features: It removes part of the air (oxygen) inside the packaging container, effectively preventing food spoilage and deterioration. Using packaging materials with excellent barrier (airtight) properties and strict sealing technology and requirements can effectively prevent the exchange of packaging contents, thus avoiding food weight loss and flavor loss, as well as preventing secondary contamination. The gas inside the vacuum packaging container has been removed, accelerating heat conduction, which improves the efficiency of heat sterilization and also prevents the packaging container from breaking due to gas expansion during heating sterilization. Vacuum packaging is very common in the food industry; various cooked products such as chicken legs, ham, sausages; pickled products such as various sauces and bean products, dried fruits, and many other foods requiring preservation increasingly use vacuum packaging. Foods vacuum-packaged have a long shelf life, greatly extending the food's quality retention period.
