The repair method is to reduce the packaging speed and adjust the height of the end sealing component so that the sealing knife center is at the middle height of the product. If the film color mark is too light, the film drive slips, or the color mark tracking is not enabled, blocking position deviation from the color mark will occur. The repair method is to refer to the packaging machine manual and adjust its sensitivity; in the human-machine interface, switch the tracking method to "tracking cut." If the solid-state circuit breaker burns out, the temperature controller is damaged, or the thermocouple is damaged, the temperature controller cannot control the temperature. The repair method is to replace the thermocouple, replace the temperature controller, and replace the heating element. If the speed is too fast, the inner layer of the film has poor heat sealing, or the temperature is too low, sealing will leak or be weak. The repair method is to slow down the speed, increase the temperature, and replace the film material. If the air pressure is incorrect, the cylinder rocker is loose, the heating temperature is low, or the heat sealing roller and drive roller are not parallel, heat sealing defects will occur.
