Automatic packaging machines generally are divided into semi-automatic packaging machines and fully automatic packaging machines. Automatic packaging machines are primarily used for automatic packaging of materials such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and plant seeds. The materials can be in the form of granules, tablets, liquids, powders, pastes, etc. Automatic packaging machines have functions including automatic measurement, filling, bag making, sealing, cutting off, conveying, printing production batch numbers, adding easy-tear features, no-material alarms, and stirring. The general process is: boxes containing empty bottles are stacked on pallets, conveyed by a conveyor belt to the pallet unloader, pallets are unloaded one by one, boxes are conveyed to the box unloader, empty bottles are taken out from the boxes, empty boxes are conveyed to the washing machine, cleaned, then conveyed to the packing machine to load bottles filled with beverages. Empty bottles taken from the box unloader are sent by another conveyor to the bottle washing machine for sterilization and cleaning, inspected by the bottle inspection machine, and if meeting cleanliness standards, enter the filling machine and capping machine. Beverages are filled into bottles by the filling machine. Bottles filled with beverages are capped and sealed by the capping machine, then conveyed to the labeling machine for labeling, after labeling they are sent to the packing machine to be packed into boxes, then sent to the palletizer to be stacked on pallets and stored in the warehouse.
The filling production line for bottles used for various beverages is basically similar. However, due to different beverage properties, the filling machines and capping machines used also differ. For example, the beer filling production line, besides selecting appropriate filling and capping machines, also adds a sterilizer. The capping machine is selected according to the type of cap used (crown cap, screw cap, stopper, etc.). 
Multi-function packaging machine: a machine that can complete two or more packaging processes on a single unit. It consists of a frame, turret, transmission components, bag magazine, bag opening components, feeding components, auxiliary material supply equipment, bag pressing equipment, heat sealing components, sealing cooling equipment, conveying equipment, gas supply control and water supply control parts, and electrical equipment. The stepwise rotating vertical axis turret is located in the middle of the frame, equipped with clamp opening and closing devices. Below the turret are transmission components; the motor in the transmission components connects via a reducer and gears to the I shaft equipped with cams and bevel gears. The cams on the I shaft connect through indexing mechanisms to the solid shaft of the turret. The I shaft also connects via a pair of bevel gears to the II shaft equipped with cams and bevel gears. The cams on the II shaft connect via connecting rods to the hollow shaft of the turret. The hollow shaft connects through its control components to the clamp opening and closing devices. The II shaft also connects via a pair of bevel gears to the III shaft. This machine can package complex materials and simultaneously add auxiliary materials, meeting high packaging requirements.
