Key Points of Level 3 Maintenance for Fully Automatic Packaging Machines

Fully Automatic Packaging Machine

Several key points for the protection and maintenance of packaging machinery: cleaning, tightening, adjustment, lubrication, and corrosion prevention. During regular production, each machine maintenance personnel should strictly follow the maintenance manual and procedures of the packaging equipment, performing maintenance tasks within the prescribed cycle to reduce wear of parts, eliminate the risk of faults, and extend the machine's service life. Maintenance is divided into: routine maintenance, periodic maintenance (including Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 maintenance), and special maintenance (including seasonal maintenance and shutdown maintenance).

Routine maintenance focuses on cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and tightening, and should be performed as required during and after machine operation. Maintenance tasks are based on routine maintenance, with key tasks including lubrication, tightening, inspection of relevant parts, and cleaning. Level 2 maintenance focuses on inspection and adjustment, specifically checking the engine, clutch, transmission, drive components, steering, and braking components. Level 3 maintenance emphasizes testing, adjustment, eliminating fault risks, and balancing wear among components. Diagnosis and condition checks should be performed on parts affecting equipment performance and those showing signs of faults, followed by necessary replacement, adjustment, and fault elimination.

Seasonal maintenance refers to the focused inspection and correction of components such as the fuel and lubrication system, hydraulic system, cooling system, and engine system before summer and winter each year. Shutdown maintenance refers to cleaning, tidying, matching, and corrosion prevention tasks performed when packaging equipment is stopped for a period due to seasonal factors (such as winter break). Sealing method: bottom blade. Maximum outer diameter of film roll: DIA 250mm x W 470mm. Output: 4-6 pcs/min.

Fault handling: If the solenoid does not engage, the approach is: first check whether the problem is inside or outside the main machine; then check the solenoid fuse, verify if the solenoid is energized, eliminate mechanical blockage, and if all is normal, test the internal power supply. In weighing packaging machines, common causes of this fault include sensor damage, bridge supply voltage issues, incorrect or interrupted wiring. The troubleshooting method is: check the sensor and wiring or the main machine's load signal, then check the bridge supply and amplifier circuit or computer output display circuit, or remove the main machine and apply a zeroing signal through internal short-circuiting to determine whether the fault is inside the machine or from the switch, then proceed to handle the issue.
