The material of the fully automatic packaging machine is fed into the weighing hopper by the feeding mechanism (pneumatic gate). After the controller receives the weight signal from the sensor, it controls according to the preset program value. At the start, rapid feeding (fast addition, medium addition, slow addition together) is performed; when the weight ≥ (target value - coarse measurement value), the fast addition signal output is stopped, and medium speed feeding (medium addition and slow addition together) begins; when the weight ≥ (target value - fine measurement value), the medium addition signal output is stopped, and slow feeding (slow addition) begins; when the weight ≥ (target value - overshoot value), the slow addition signal output is stopped, the feeding gate is completely closed, and the fixed value weighing is completed. After the bag clamping signal is input, the weighing hopper discharge door automatically opens; when the weight ≤ zero position setting value, the weighing hopper discharge door automatically closes, the material bag automatically loosens and falls onto the conveyor belt, is sent to the sewing machine for sewing, and then enters the next process, while the controller enters the next control cycle.

Place the packaging material between the two paper rollers under the machine, and mount it in the slot of the paper holding arm plate of the machine. The paper rollers should clamp the core of the loaded material tightly, aligning the packaging material with the bag maker. Then tighten the knob on the paper stopper and ensure the printed side faces forward or the composite side (i.e., polyethylene side) faces backward. After starting the machine, adjust the axial position of the packaging material on the paper roller according to the paper feeding condition to ensure normal paper supply. Turn on the main power switch of the granular fully automatic packaging machine, press the clutch handle to disengage the metering mechanism from the main drive, and turn on the start switch to run the machine empty. If the conveyor belt rotates clockwise, stop the machine immediately; this indicates the main motor is rotating backward. Reverse the motor phase to make the belt rotate counterclockwise. Set the temperature according to the packaging material used by setting the heat sealing temperature on the temperature controller in the electric control box. For bag length adjustment, thread the packaging material according to relevant regulations and insert it into the bag maker, clamping it between two rollers. Rotate the rollers to pull the packaging material below the cutter. After reaching the set temperature for 2 minutes, turn on the start switch, loosen the locking nut of the bag length adjustment screw, and adjust the bag length control knob: turning clockwise shortens the bag length, counterclockwise lengthens it. Tighten the nut after reaching the desired bag length.
