The automatic packaging machine must immediately cut off the power in case of emergency.

Packaging Machine

The vacuum packaging machine should be used in an environment with a temperature of -10℃ to 50℃, relative humidity not exceeding 85%, no corrosive gases in the surrounding air, no dust, and no explosion risk. Like the packing machine and shrink machine, this vacuum packaging machine uses a three-phase 380V power supply. The tea three-dimensional transparent film packaging machine is a vacuum packaging machine that ensures the vacuum pump operates normally; the vacuum pump motor is not allowed to rotate backward. The oil level should be checked frequently; the normal oil level is between 1/2 and 3/4 of the oil window (not exceeding). When there is moisture in the vacuum pump or the oil color turns black, the oil should be replaced (generally replaced every one to two months of continuous operation, using #1 vacuum gasoline or #30 gasoline, or engine oil is also acceptable).

The impurity filter should be disassembled and cleaned frequently (generally cleaned every 1-2 months; if packaging debris is present, the cleaning interval should be shortened). After 2-3 months of continuous operation, the rear cover should be opened to lubricate the 30 sliding parts and switch contact blocks. Lubrication should be applied to all movable connection points on the heating rods according to usage. The pressure reduction, filtration, and oil mist triplet should be checked regularly to ensure there is oil (sewing machine oil) in the oil mist and oil cups, and no water in the filter cup. The heating strip and silicone strip must be kept clean without foreign matter to avoid affecting sealing quality. The two-layer adhesive under the heating rod and heating plate provides insulation; if damaged, it should be replaced promptly to avoid short circuits. Users should prepare their own working and inflation air sources. The vacuum packaging machine's working pressure is set at 0.3MPa, which is appropriate; do not adjust it excessively unless necessary. The vacuum packaging machine must not be tilted or impacted during transfer, and must not be laid down for transfer. A reliable grounding device must be installed during setup. Do not place hands under the heating rod to avoid injury; in emergencies, cut off the power immediately. During operation, turn on the air before the power; when stopping, turn off the power before the air.

Several key points for packaging machinery maintenance: cleaning, tightening, adjustment, lubrication, and anti-corrosion. During regular production, maintenance personnel for each machine should strictly follow the maintenance manual and procedures of the packaging equipment, performing maintenance tasks within the prescribed cycles to reduce wear on parts, eliminate the risk of faults, and extend the machine's service life. Maintenance is divided into: routine maintenance, scheduled maintenance (including primary, secondary, and tertiary maintenance), and special maintenance (including seasonal maintenance and shutdown maintenance). Routine maintenance focuses on cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and tightening, and should be performed during and after machine operation as required. Primary maintenance is based on routine maintenance, focusing on lubrication, tightening, inspection of relevant parts, and cleaning. Secondary maintenance emphasizes inspection and adjustment, specifically checking the engine, clutch, transmission, drive components, steering, and braking components. Tertiary maintenance focuses on testing, adjustment, eliminating fault risks, and balancing wear among parts. Diagnosis, testing, and condition inspection should be performed on parts affecting equipment performance and those showing signs of faults, followed by necessary replacement, adjustment, and fault elimination.
