Some knowledge about packaging machine maintenance

During the maintenance of the machine, please pay attention to the following points: Abnormal belt pressing, cutting, and welding Causes: 1. Motor drive belt issues, replacement recommended; 2. Motor drive belt slipping. Troubleshooting: readjust the drive belt; Second, abnormal hot melt welding 1. Loose heater circuit connectors. Troubleshooting: secure them. 2. Improper heater temperature or power supply out of range. Troubleshooting: adjust the heater temperature controller. 3. Oil or dust on the roller and guide rail belt. Troubleshooting: remove oil and dust. 3. Abnormal output of the packing belt: Third, abnormal operation of the packing belt 1. Incorrect installation direction of the packing belt or threading error. Troubleshooting: reinstall. 2. Loose screws on the packing belt guide rail plate. Troubleshooting: tighten screws. 3. Feeding length not adjusted properly before operation. Troubleshooting: readjust. 4. Oil or dust on the moving packing belt between the roller and guide rail. Troubleshooting: clean.

The following points should be noted during machine maintenance;

Pressing belt, cutting belt, and welding are abnormal

Cause:

1. Motor drive belt issue, replacement recommended;

2. Motor drive belt slipping. Troubleshooting method: readjust the drive belt;

Second, hot melt welding is abnormal

1. Heater circuit connector is loose. Troubleshooting method: secure it.

2. Heater temperature is improper or power supply is out of range. Troubleshooting method: adjust the heater temperature controller.

3. The packaging belt between the roller and guide rail is contaminated with oil or dust. Troubleshooting method: clean the oil and dust.

Third, packaging belt is not working properly

1. Packaging belt installed in the wrong direction or threading error. Troubleshooting method: reinstall.
